After validation of this contract, the Buyer must open a Fully Funded Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, divisible, At Sight 100% Payment, Operative Letter of Credit, 2% Performance Bond Bank Guarantee.

Final payment
The Letter of Credit shall allow the Seller to withdraw 100% for payment, at sight, against Compliance with terms and conditions, as stipulated below, subject to weight and analysis carried out by SGS Brazil at the loading port.
